Fort Point Artist Loft

This residential loft apartment was a former warehouse restored in the Fort Point historic district in down town Boston. The interior space was taken down to the bones and left unfinished by sand blasting the 100 year old beams and existing kiln fired brick work to it’s raw state. The aim was to allow all the pieces to be a part of a comfortable, easy flex space for living and entertaining artists, clients and friends. Custom furnishings were selected using a pale, tonal palette that framed the utilitarian raw finishes.
