Ditch Plain Beach House, Montauk

This modest, rambling seaside cottage and outer guest annex originally built in the twenties is sited just off the beach and high dunes of Montauk NY. The project entailed  a comprehensive restoration to serve as an unabridged retreat for a young family from New York city. We were brought into the project solely for the interior work. All the colors, furnishings and fixtures were selected with the solitary response to the clients request for understated utility and contextual naturalism.
