West Newton Hill House - 1897

This late nineteenth century residence, set on a particularly beautiful hillside street just outside Boston is home to a young family of five whose true passion is about cooking. This extensive restoration was centered around restructuring and reshaping the first floor kitchen, living spaces and master suite on the second level. The style here is traditional, but with a spare and soft, meadow like palette, it is also sympathetic to context with a modern perspective. We were involved throughout all of the restoration planning, finishes, color work, cabinetry and lighting details.
